Grab your magic wand (your computer mouse) and follow these two simple steps!

​1. The sure fire way to make sure you always see my emails is to use your magic wand to "right click" my email address in the "Sender" or "From" box in one of my emails.

2. In the dropdown menu, select the option that says, "Add to safe sender list" or "Add contact." 

​

​And you're done!

See, it's magic!

Even if you didn't have to go digging in one of those folders to find my message, it's still a good idea to cast a whitelisting spell. This is especially true if you tend to read your messages through the preview pane (I know, I do it too).

Sometimes our email program thinks we may not really want those emails, since we're not "opening" them. 

​

It's a lot like, "How to Train Your Dragon" but not as cool, since you're accidentally training your email program.

​

So if you're like me and you know you're going to read through your preview pane--or if your email program is just all kinds of stubborn--you gotta cast that whitelisting spell!
